Hello, you are viewing my listing for a Vintage USPS Stamp Block Sheet from 1987.  This is a Framed Sheet of 22 Cent Stamps.  They are titled CPA as in Certified Public Accountant.  There are 50 stamps in this Uncut sheet.  The face value is .00.  These stamps are framed.  There is a glass front to the frame.  The stamps with the frame weigh 3.2 pounds and measures 18" wide by 16 and 1/4" tall by 7/8" thick.  This stamp sheet is unused.  Local pickup is accepted.
