This listing is for a vintage photo of TEX BENEKE, and also featured is a sign that reads "Hit Tune Party."  It is believed that the photo is from the early 1950's, and though unverified, the tall interviewer is possibly radio disc jockey Bill Randle, who promoted Big Band and Jazz artists at live concerts.
Condition -  there is light handling wear -  see photos
