This is my old 5 volt 3 amp regulated power supply I used to build lots of electronic kits. It actually was a kit itself. I've had it at least 45 years. I tested it and it still works. It has marks in the finish. There's also some dings on the front plate at the bottom edge. Since this was built quite a while ago, even though it's working, I would suggest opening it up and replacing any elecrolytic caps on the board. I would probably also replace the power cord with a 3 conductor version and ground the case to bring it up to current standards.
