Vintage General Electric Tungar DC Battery Charger Rectifier Bulb. This is a vintage charger the light bulb comes on it hums like it's working I don't know how many volts are coming out of it I did not test that . I had to screw the bulb all the way in and then wiggle it there is a loose connection somewhere I think the bulb is fine it felt solid
