NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND original COMPLETE 40 year old record company presskit... includes two authentic b&w Columbia Records 8" x 10" publicity stills and a four page Columbia Records biography/press release dated May 1981 (marking the seventh anniversary of Duke Ellington's death) promoting the May 1981 release of two Columbia albums: "A Sophisticated Lady"and "It Don't Mean A Thing If It Ain't Got That Swing" all in a custom two color diecut outer folder with the blue Teresa Brewer logotype. Promotional only. Never offered for sale to the public. Printed in extremely small quantities and distributed to select radio stations and record industry professionals. The photographs and the biography/press release are in near mint condition. The outer folder has some minor edgewear and handling marks.
