This fairly scarce set was introduced for 1960/61 and was the first large semi transistorized rechargable portable TV. It powers on and recieves a faint signal and sound on what is left of analog television, but there is a faint hum and a bar at the bottom of the screen. I had it evaluated about 4 years ago and still have the notes from when it was checked by Amlin TV on what would be required to get it back to 100%. Also included is the Sams Photofact for the circuit.
Cord is in good shape. Case has some blemishes, but is in overall nice shape for its age. No cracks in the plastic case. Selling strictly AS-IS, for electrical and cosmetic restoration or parts. I cannot guarantee reliability,  but I guarantee no DOA. If you have any questions, feel free to message me.
