Description

On offer is an original 8x10 black-and-white promotional photo of jazz drummer and bandleader Gene Krupa standing at his drums.  The undated photo is credited to the studio of Maurice Seymour of Chicago. The photo is dated Jan 1941 in pencil on the back, but this print was probably made in the 1950s for use in a press kit.
Print condition is excellent. Has yellowed a bit. Some brown darkroom-type stains on the back. The name of the previous owner is stamped on the back. The Troy Street Images watermark does not appear on the actual photo.
