Description

On offer is an original 8x10 black-and-white photo of jazz alto/tenor saxophonist and clarinetist Herbie Fields (1919-1958). The photo is undated, possibly taken at a club date in the mid 1950s. The names "D. Butler" and "G. Forbes piano" are written on the back in pencil and are presumably the sidemen.
Print condition is excellent. The name of the previous owner is stamped on the back. The Troy Street Images watermark does not appear on the actual photo.
