Old Marantz Cassette Player

Looks to be in Very good condition.Put batteries in it and it runs.Sounds so silly but I don't have a cassette to test the sound.Has external cover which really protected it.Looks like there was a external handle which was snapped onto cover.Must have been removed(unsnapped)and never put back on.Nice Finish on the unit.I think it is black finished aluminum.This is when they made nice stuff.It is pretty heavy for the size that it is.Didn't come with cord.Has a phone jack on the unit.I think this is late 70's or early 80's.Maybe one of you looking at it know.....Was informed that this isn't a answering machine.I just didn't know..Duh.Well it's still for sale.It does have a telephone line input....
