:  Original hand signed Bud Freeman photo handbill. Circa 1950.  Gives rare biography of Freeman with references to The Austin High Gang of Chicago, Jimmy McPartland, Dick McPartland, Frank Teschemacher and Gene Krupa. Measures 6" x 9" inches.
BIOGRAPHY:
Lawrence "Bud" Freeman (1906-1991) was a U.S. jazz musician, bandleader, and composer, known for his playing the tenor saxophone and clarinet. He was one of the most influential and important jazz tenor saxophonists of the Big Band era.
