    Beautiful engraved, multi-coloured Tsarist Russia framed bond certificate with coupons intact.  VIII Loan of City of St Petersburg of 1913 for denomination of 189 Rubles at 4-1/2% interest.  Purchased from a reputable London antiquities dealer in 1983.  Frame is gilt-old gold finish and is approx. 16.5" x 22.5" in size, matted with glass; original bond is approx. 10.5" x 15.5"  Would make an attractive wall hanging for someone in legal or banking profession, or history buff.
