    This is an early Oscar Schmidt Psaltery Zither that is labeled as a Satis M. Coleman design. Oscar Schmidt was privately owned and operated from 1871 to 1938. Given this has the Lincoln Lab School, Teacher's Collegeof Columbia University label with Satis N. Coleman (1871-1968) nomenclature, this piece dates to 1928-1935. The label makes note of this Hall of Fame teacher's text THE PSALTERY BOOK.
