This is a "foamet" gasket - rubber on both sides of a steel core - with 3 bolt holes, used for the Derby cover up through the 1999 Evo.
Note:
This gasket does
not
fit the 5-hole Twin Cam derby cover.

By the way... we have seen some sellers call this kind of gasket an "AFM" aluminum core gasket. It is
Steel!
