Comes with Grado cartridge - Stylus in good shape and Clamp for tightening LPs
Very nice, but has some chip on front left and back left corner - see pictures
Dust cover has scratches and some air bulb on front- as well can be noticed on pictures
This is Japanese 100 volt model - I can add transformer
