BK Precision Dynascan 3 1/2 Digit Multimeter, Test Leads, Manual Model #2830

This sale is for B+K Precision Dynascan Corporation 2830 Digital Multimeter, power cable, test leads and instruction manual
. I know nothing about electrical testers but followed the "Operation Preparation and Check" on page 10 of the manual and it did what it said it should do. I've uploaded a video of the procedure and you can see the outcome. It has a handle that rotates 360 degrees around the unit and has spots where it locks into place. The book is dated 1983 on the back. The unit is in good condition with no cracks in the plastic but on one side the is a burn mark from a soldering iron and I've circled it in the picture. The front is very nice and would make a nice display piece. Other than that I'm not educated enough in this field to do further testing.
