Obverse: The likeness of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II centered on the obverse was designed by renowned British sculptor Ian Rank-Broadley in 1998. The likeness of Great Britain's longest reigning monarch is encircled by the inscriptions "ELIZABETH II," "NIUE 2022," "ONE DOLLAR" and "1 OZ 999 SILVER," with the artist's initials "IRB," positioned near the base of the portrait.
