Up for sale a brand new, just issued, New Zealand Mint 2021 1 oz Proof / Painted Silver limited edition Mandalorian Grugu Seasons Greetings fine silver coin.
Each year, The New Zealand mint issues either a foil note or silver coin to celebrate Christmas / the holidays.
This year is a very nicely detailed silver proof 1 oz coin.
The reverse has a nicely cameoed JOY down center of coin and a painted Grogu or The Child is popping out of the O. Coin has nicely detailed snowflakes and poinsettia and holly, some cameoed, some painted.
The obverse is the standard proof finish NIUE issued coin with beautifully cameoed effigy of the queen, Elizabeth II ,
two dollars and 2021.
Very nice coin.
The capsule the coin sits in is actually shaped like a tree ornament.
The special shaped capsule sits snuggly in a felt lined cutout in the book style box.
The COA is part of the inner book cover / liner.
The cover of the book closes magnetically to the book itself.
There is a short piece of white ribbon that comes loose in the book to hang the coin as an ornament if you want.
