This coin is graded a perfect MS70 by PCGS and is a First Day of Issue. As of 9/18/19 the PCGS population is only 89 coins in MS70 First Day of Issue.  The reverse of the coin depicts an incredible detailed and coloured high relief image of a Green Dragon. On the bottom of the reverse, the inscription: “DRAGON” – the name of the coin. On the left, the inscription: “2019” – the year of issue. On the right, the logo of the series. This coin is SmartMinted in high relief with an selectively colorized antique finish.  The obverse features the Coat of Arms of Palau and the inscriptions: “REPUBLIC OF PALAU” – the issuing country and “10$” – the face value.
This coin is struck from 2oz of .999 silver and has a low mintage of only 500 pieces.  This coin comes with the original box and certificate of authenticity.
