    Description

    Up for offering is a 1964 vintage silver plate sailboat class C cruising platter that measures 17" diameter. The engraved center reads: Mackinac Champion Cruising C First Place 1964 Flying Buffalo. Flying Buffalo from Bayview Yacht club of Detroit, Michigan was written on a decal that was attached to the back of the platter. The platter is very straight and has no dings or dents. The silver oval shaped object located on center of the back of the platter is not damage but the remnants of an original manufacturers decal. There is no sign of a makers mark impressed on the platter, only the decal which is not legible. The platter appears to be silver plate on copper. Local pick up is available in the Macomb county area of southeastern Michigan.
