1935 Patented Cravat Holder w/ LM (Horseshoe) BC Boat Club? Blue & White BURGEE

This is a project I have devoted hours to without success. I checked the International Burgee Registry. If anyone can ID this LM/Horseshoe/BC Blue & White burgee please message me. The tie bar has a patent number 2,012,222 issued 8/20/1935 to Leo B. Curran for a "cravat holder". This was Mr. Curran's only patented invention and it does not appear he assigned it to any particular company for manufacture. Curran resided in Providence Rhode Island. If you know what this Burgee represents and you think the price is too high, please message me. Thank you.
